Prices

Every job is different, but most are fairly similar. Here is what we usually charge, so you get an idea before you write to us. If your case is simpler, you pay less; if it is more complex, we tell you before we start.

Prices do not include VAT (21%); the final price is shown underneath. Council, Cadastre or Land Registry fees, if any, are extra.

With a starting price

Jobs that are almost always the same. The price is for a normal home; with more floor area or more work, it goes up.

Case by case

Here every job is a world of its own, and giving you a figure without seeing it would be misleading. We tell you what it depends on and, with the details, give you a fixed price.

Projects and works

In a project, the price comes from what you are going to build. We explain it stage by stage, so you know what you pay at each point.

Frequently asked questions

Why aren’t we the cheapest?

Because it is done and signed by one of the studio’s architects: the same person who deals with you, visits the property and answers any questions that come up later.

How do I ask for a quote?

Send us on WhatsApp or from the contact page the address, the approximate floor area and what you need. We reply ourselves.
