Everything involved in building or transforming a space comes through here. We are with you from the first idea to the end of the works, with the same team that knows the project from start to finish.

Commercial premises renovation

We fit out premises for shops, offices, clinics, academies or restaurants. Beyond the design, the premises must comply with accessibility, fire protection, ventilation and, depending on the activity, noise requirements. That's why we usually handle it together with the activity licence: one team, one project and fewer surprises at the town hall.

Building refurbishment

Façades, roofs, insulation, building defects, accessibility or structural strengthening in apartment buildings and older houses. We start from a diagnosis of the building's real condition and propose only what is necessary, in order of urgency, so that the owners' association or the owner can decide based on facts.

Site supervision

Site supervision is what guarantees that what is built is what was designed, and that it is done properly. We visit the site, deal with the unexpected, check quality and progress payments, and sign off the completion. If the project was done by another professional, we can also take on the supervision.

Structural calculations

We calculate concrete, steel and timber structures for new builds, extensions, strengthening work, pergolas, staircases and one-off elements, and also provide support to other studios and companies. We deliver the calculation report and structural drawings ready to build.

Stand design

We design trade fair stands and temporary brand spaces: 3D images, assembly drawings and coordination with the manufacturer.
