What our services cost, with no small print. These are guide prices; before we start we give you a fixed, written quote.
Every job is different, but most are fairly similar. Here is what we usually charge, so you get an idea before you write to us. If your case is simpler, you pay less; if it is more complex, we tell you before we start.
Prices do not include VAT (21%); the final price is shown underneath. Council, Cadastre or Land Registry fees, if any, are extra.

Jobs that are almost always the same. The price is for a normal home; with more floor area or more work, it goes up.

Here every job is a world of its own, and giving you a figure without seeing it would be misleading. We tell you what it depends on and, with the details, give you a fixed price.
Projects and works
New build from €15,000 + VAT
In a project, the price comes from what you are going to build. We explain it stage by stage, so you know what you pay at each point.

How much does it cost to build a house?
A first ballpark figure for a detached single-family house, worked out with the basic building module of the Valencian Building Institute (IVE) and with the same method we use in our quotes. It does not include the land.

Ballpark calculation using the IVE basic building module (€950/m², June 2026) for a detached single-family house. It is not a quote: it does not include the land, water and electricity connections, the notary and Land Registry, the kitchen or the furniture. The real price comes when builders quote on a complete construction project.
Frequently asked questions
Why aren’t we the cheapest?
Because it is done and signed by one of the studio’s architects: the same person who deals with you, visits the property and answers any questions that come up later.
How do I ask for a quote?
Fill in the quote request form, where you can attach photos or plans, or message us on WhatsApp with the address, the approximate floor area and what you need. We will reply ourselves.
