Unit\u00e9 Arquitectura is a studio founded in 2024 in the province of Alicante, born from the wish to see architecture as a useful tool for improving the way we inhabit the world. Our work sits at the intersection of design, construction and research, and we approach every commission as a chance to think about how spaces are built and how they affect the people who live in them.\n\nThe office was set up at a time when architecture is once again asking itself how to build better and how to relate to what already exists. We aim to work from use, material and place, letting each project find its own logic.\n\nWe are interested in precise, honest and lasting architecture, where form is not imposed but emerges naturally from the construction decisions, the brief and the place.\n\nWe pursue a kind, approachable architecture: shaping form through use and building spaces where beauty works. <\/pre>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nosotros \u00a9 Fotograf\u00eda Gines Valverde Rubio Unit\u00e9 Arquitectura es un estudio fundado en 2024 en la provincia de Alicante, que nace de la voluntad de entender la arquitectura como una herramienta \u00fatil para mejorar la forma en la que habitamos el mundo. Nuestro trabajo se sit\u00faa en la intersecci\u00f3n entre proyecto, construcci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n, abordando cada encargo como una oportunidad para pensar c\u00f3mo se construyen los espacios y c\u00f3mo estos afectan a quienes los habitan. La oficina nace en un momento en el que la arquitectura vuelve a preguntarse c\u00f3mo construir mejor y c\u00f3mo relacionarse con lo existente. Buscamos trabajar desde el uso, la materia y el lugar, dejando que cada proyecto encuentre su propia l\u00f3gica. Nos interesan las arquitecturas precisas, honestas y duraderas, aquellas en las que la forma no se impone sino que aparece como consecuencia natural de las decisiones constructivas, del programa y del lugar. Buscamos una arquitectura amable: hacer la forma a trav\u00e9s del uso y construir espacios donde la belleza funcione.
